• With Romanesque-Gothic foundation, from the XIII to XIV centuries, Igreja Matriz de Algodres Algodres parish church have had later improvement work reflected in its architectural structure. An example is the tower on the left, built only in 1777. In the main façade stands a bell tower with two bells, topped with 3 pinnacles. In the main chapel, the altar is in gilded woodwork of Mannerist style and the cover of caissons with geometric motifs.
