Saint Marinha chapel at Mata de Lobos
Share Image
This small temple was the primitive parish church of Mata de Lobos village, presumably built at the turn of the 15th century, although it is possible to admit that its original configuration was still Romanesque, as a result of the primitive organization of the population in this sector of the kingdom, initially linked to Ciudad Rodrigo (Spain). The interior is in ruins and some graves are still visible.
