A visit to the Natural Park of Alvão will not be complete without going by the famous waterfalls known as Fisgas de Ermelo, where the Olo river plunges.
Running initially in a plateau region, the Olo waters head to a narrow valley and throw themselves in a fall of approximately 300 meters, between folds and fractures of shale outcrops creating a unique landscaped scenery.
