• A small scenic and cultural route in the Peneda-Gerês National Park, with the Monastery of Santa Maria das Júnias as main point of interest. It is possible to known many other aspects of the relationship of populations to the environment, over time. The type of settlement - Pitões das Júnias -, the land use for agriculture or pasture, the water and granite use, can be seen throughout the trail. Having as background, the Gerês’s relief, the Mourela plateau and the extensive valley of the Beredo stream, the trail has beautiful landscapes.
