• In the mountain village of Ermida do Gerês, this trail is named after the cork oak woods that stands out in the mountain landscape, on a slope facing south, overlooking Arado and Fafião rivers. It follows trails and forest paths, passing through places of scenic beauty - such as the waterfall and the Arado valley - and several corrals used by shepherds, especially Malhadoura's corral.
