For those who enjoy long walks in nature, this route offers landscapes of rare beauty, allowing you to see the rural world and a vast natural and cultural heritage. Leaving Agarez village, follows by the mountain area of Galegos da Serra, near the Arnal small river, with a very deep valley. With excellent views over the surrounding area and even over the town of Vila Real, where there are two villages with agricultural fields, herds of goats and cows of the “Maronesa” race grazing. From the top, where is the Center of Reception of the Alvão Nature Park you can see Arnal granitic tops.
