Preguiça Trail goes along the Arnado slope, on the left slope of the fault valley of Gerês river, in Gerês mountain. You can observe and understand the oak forests, plant formations of great species diversity, very close to those that originally existed in the north of Portugal. It is this diversity of vegetation cover that, in addition to the geomorphological factors and the transformations introduced in more recent times by the populations, make this trail especially interesting for environmental education. The track can be divided into 3 (long, medium and short), thus adapting it to different types of walkers.

The trail has some sections in bad condition so some caution is recommended. It is not advisable for people with disabilities. Contact the manager previously.

Access to Caldas do Gerês:
