Vale de Prados Green Corridor links Macedo de Cavaleiros to Albufeira do Azibo Protected Landscape, passing through Vale de Prados (meaning meadows valley). It combines the more urban environment of Macedo de Cavaleiros, with the rural landscape that it crosses, Vale de Prados historical heritage and the protected area natural values. Olive groves, chestnut trees areas, cherry trees and agricultural fields, Trás-os-Montes architecture and religious heritage are some of the interesting aspects of this trail.
