Tresmonte
Share Image
Beginning in Gestosa village (Vilar Seco de Lomba parish) it offers a panoramic view of the Rabaçal river valley. The landscape is marked by heather, broom and Genista tridentata shrubs, agricultural mosaics in the surroundings of the village, passing through the typical lands of rainfed crops, the chestnut trees woods, vineyards and riparian galleries formed predominantly, by Ash and Common Alder trees. It is worth mentioning the farm of Tresmonte, today without a resident population, but until the end of the 1970s was an important agricultural and livestock centre.
