Small cultural pedestrian route, in the zone of influence of the protected area of the Lagoons of Bertiandos and S. Pedro d'Arcos. With about 7 km, it leads to the main architectural monuments of the parishes of S. Pedro de Arcos and Fontão, with a mandatory visit to the Calvary crosses. Also interesting is the beautiful parish church of S. Pedro de Arcos, where the elements of the 16th and 17th century predominate. In the churchyard, two medieval grave covers corroborate the existence of a medieval temple, probably in the place of the church. In front, across the road, is the calvary with 14 crosses that gives access to the S. Sebastião chapel (17th century). It is advisable to go up to the S. Cristóvão mount, where, in the 17th -18th century, was built a chapel consecrated to that saint. On the hills are traces of an occupation of medieval times. Already at the end of the route, it has a beautiful perspective of the Lage house (15th century), with a central body between two towers, with architectural elements of century XVIII. The occupation of the space is previous, because in these terrains there are vestiges of tegulae (clay roof tiles) of the Roman / Medieval period.
