Part of the small route network of the Lagoons of Bertiandos and S. Pedro d'Arcos protected area, beginning next to the Environmental Interpretation Center. It allows the contact and interpretation of the area of the “tapadas” (old hunting grounds), including their natural values. Tapadas are characterized by the alternation between open spaces, with natural pasture zones, and closed spaces with dense arboreal vegetation with on oaks, alders, willows and birches. This is the only forest in the parish and is being used by the inhabitants of Bertiandos to obtain firewood. It is also possible to visit S. Pedro d'Arcos lagoon and enjoy the wetlands beautiful landscape, to see aquatic birds and the Mimoso small lagoon, a temporary pond formed by the waters of Fujacos stream. In spring / summer, take advantage of the forest splendour and freshness, full of sounds of the numerous species of birds. In autumn / winter, however, stands out the great colour variation resulting from deciduous trees.
