The Wool Museum, opened in 1992, is divided into 3 nuclei: the Royal Textile Factory; the Râmolas so Sol; and the Royal Factory Veiga / Wool Interpretation Center. In these old industrial spaces, that marked the development of the local community, the visitor can learn some of the history of the textile industry. Combining technical, archaeological and historical information, and thanks to the recovery and conservation of architectural and archaeological structures preserved in situ, the visitor usually finish the visit in the Textile Workshop, where the motto is "Do it and learn it".
