The Castelo Branco pole of Cargaleiro Museum is the result of a partnership between the municipality and the Manuel Cargaleiro Foundation. Located in the middle of old town, in the distinguished Solar dos Cavaleiros, aims, with its programming, attracting new audiences, through direct contact with the exhibited works and various collections that are part of the Foundation's collection. In addition to the work of Manuel Cargaleiro, artist born in the neighboring county of Vila Velha of Ródão, works of other artists can be enjoyed here.
