Seia municipality created and maintains the Serra da Estrela Interpretation Centre - CISE, targeted on the development of environmental education activities and enhancement of the natural heritage of Estrela mountain.

 

CISE presents a set of multi-purpose structures and equipment with unique features in the region for environmental education and dissemination, research and tourism promotion, regularly promoting exhibitions, seminars, training courses and environmental interpretation visits, among other activities.

    - A1 to the crossing of Albergaria, exit and take the A25 towards Viseu / Vilar Formoso, go straight on until you find the exit to Viseu, exit and head towards Nelas through the N231, when you come to this town head towards Seia on the same road;

    - Lisbon - A1 northbound until the Coimbra crossing, Exit and take the IP3 towards Viseu, Follow this road until you reach the exit to Nelas, When you come to this town head towards Seia through the N231.

Bilhete em grupo organizado (mínimo 8 pessoas, marcação prévia): Grupos escolares, 2,5€/pessoa e gratuito para professores acompanhantes (mediante apresentação de credencial da Instituição de Ensino); Famílias: 2 adultos + 1 jovem - 8€; 2 adultos + 2 jovens - 9,5€; 2 adultos + 3 jovens -10,5€; 2 adultos + 4 jovens - 11€. Pode ainda adquirir o bilhete conjunto para a visita ao CISE, aos Museus do Brinquedo e da Eletricidade pelo preço de 15 €.
