The Lindoso Gateway, in Ponte da Barca municipality, is one of the five entrances to the Peneda-Gerês National Park. The gateways are the visitor’s reception facilities, located at the main entrances of the protected area, in relation to the road network.

The Lindoso Castle works as an extension of this gateway and has an exhibition about the human occupation of the territory. It also includes an exhibition with general aspects of the region, as well as obtain information about the other gateways of the National Park Peneda-Gerês and on walking routes.
