This space brings together material and human testimonies of the fishing art and canning industry in Vila Real de Santo António. The exhibition area focuses the Tuna and Sardines Cycles, showing the various stages of the manufacturing process, and in particular 'copejo', cooking, canning and 'azeitamento', spiking, sterilization and export, allowing understand the whole industrial process.
