• Emílio Relvas' Colection – Museum

  • Born in Reguengo, Emílio Relvas was a popular artist, which over several years expressed his experiences, tastes, beliefs and even fantasies through wooden pieces carved by hand. He has produced more than a thousand pieces of different sizes and shapes, using various types of wood and even roots. Each piece is unique and the natural form was the starting point for its production. Emilio Relvas collection is divided into 4 themes: "Everyday life and Festivities," "Fantastic Beasts", "Images of Christ" and "Virgin and Saints images".

    Note: groups or on Saturdays visits, without being the 1st Saturday of the month, only by appointment (at least 5 days before).
