Housed in the Municipal Library building, the Cadaval Municipal Museum shows the evolution of the occupation of this territory, a journey covering paleontology, archeology, history and cultural heritage of the county, presenting dinosaurs fossils, objects of Roman and medieval times and old photos of the mills, fountains, most important churches, and, of course of the Royal Ice Factory and Nossa Senhora das Neves (Our Lady of the Snows) Convent.

    Access from:

    - Alenquer (more or less 28 km) – take N9, N365 and N115 to Cadaval.

    In Cadaval follow to Biblioteca Municipal by R. das Castanholas and turn to R. do Moinho (one way only).
