To promote the knowledge of heritage and biodiversity in the Natural Park of Sintra-Cascais (PNSC), was created the 1st Nature Tourist Information Office of the county, also known as green hotspot.

 

The visitors have at their disposal information on landscape features, geological and cultural heritage, fauna and flora of the Park, as well as suggestions on activities that can be enjoyed. The information is provided by a technician, that will help visitors to plan the trip providing for this purpose, maps with the routes, trils and points of interest to know the Park.

 

Through a 3D viewer the users can make a virtual visit to the places to explore and to those where environmental remediation work have been done.
