Fully dedicated to olive growing, one of the most important agricultural activities of the county, the museum is housed in the old oil mill of the Viscount d'Olivã's Palace, palace from the XVIII century with protobaroque and Baroque architecture. It has a baroque garden with fountain and pavilion decorated with vegetal elements and shells in stucco.
