  • In this valley, located in the eastern sector of Gerês mountain, it is possible to see deposits of granite blocks, designated by "moreias" (moraines), caused by the glaciers movement. We highlight the lateral moraine of Compadre, the most extensive one in northern Portugal, with about 1 km.
