Essências do Minho – Handmade cookies and biscuits is a company based in Arcos de Valdevez.

It uses as main ingredients in the confection of biscuits and cookies, whenever possible, endogenous products from the high Minho region. These ingredients give its products a unique flavor, in order to remember tastes and to surprise the palate.

The caramelized cookies are crispy and, in essence, have the honey from Soajo mountain, part of Peneda-Gerês National Park, a honey with an intense flavor, which gives them a unique and irresistible flavor.
