Carya Tallaya provides 4 magnificent houses (3 with two rooms and one with 1), so beautiful and seductive as surprising, for the contrast these houses present between the traditional construction techniques of the exterior and the sophisticated contemporary and welcoming atmosphere of the interior. They all are fully equipped with a fireplace and central heating, kitchenette in a self-catering regime, supplied with all the necessary kitchen equipment (refrigerator, microwave, dish washer and glass ceramic stove plaque).

Despite the exteriors of Carya Tallaya being shared by all houses, they are independent allowing total privacy. The exterior areas include a vegetable garden, a large lawn with trees and flower beds, a swimming pool and a social area, comprising a porch with a fireplace for receptions and for the guests to socialize.
