Near Santo António caves, it has several regional specialties. The name “gralha” comes from the Red-billed Chough, a bird from this region. Taste Bacalhau à Gralha (codfish), Cabrito Assado no Forno (roasted goatling) and Polvo à Serrana (octopus) with a selection of regional wines.
