António Adélio Real is the artisan who produces articles, so useful as decorative, in cork and wood, such as “tarros” (special cork boxes used to carry the shepherd’s lunch) beautifully decorated, “tropeços” (small cork benches), salt shakers, “cochos” (cork spoons), boxes and Christmas cribs and also spoons, knives, forks, “cádegas” or “chavelhas” in common boxwood, orange and holm oak wood, pieces that are part of the so-called pastoral art (in Portuguese “Arte Pastoril”).
