Queijo de Cabra Curado Atabafado
Cured goat cheese is a matured product obtained by slow draining after clotting of pasteurized milk goat. Aspect:
- exterior: low cylinder with rounded edges and flat faces that can have a slightly recessed on top and on side. Color ivory-yellowish, without crust, with compact appearance, hard and smooth; and
- inside: ivory - yellowish color but can be slightly darker in the center. Smooth paste, without eyes, that can break when is cut.
Pequeno (80g), Médio (200g), Grande (600g), Metades (300g). Packs de 2 (140g), 2 (160g), 3 (165g), 4 (220g) e 10 (700g).
