  • In Palmela region, Aromas e Sabores do Campo (Countryside’s Aromas and Flavours) makes handmade products, maintaining the traditions and genuine confection of cakes, cookies and biscuits, being very demanding choosing the ingredients, always with maximum quality and freshness, giving preference the Portuguese products or coming from the protected areas nearby. Another relevant aspect is the selection of the raw products, avoiding at all costs the enclosure of pigments or artificial ingredients.

     

    Due to the proximity to Arrábida Nature Park, Aromas e Sabores do Campo makes the slim and very much appreciated Ginger, Pollen and Honey grain biscuits using the products (pollen and honey) from Park based apiaries.

     

    Being also close to the Estuário do Sado Nature Reserve, it produces the famous Fogaças de Palmela and the very light Cinnamon Cookies, using citrus fruits harvested in this beautiful Nature Reserve.

     

    Aromas e Sabores do Campo (Countryside’s Aromas and Flavours) doesn’t use any kind of pigments or conservation products in the manufacturing process.
