Monte do Troviscal honey results from the commitment of a couple of beekeepers who settled in Portugal countryside and whose life project is based on obtaining a product of excellence resulting from the innate conditions of the Vale do Guadiana Nature Park. This is place of reference for the ancestral knowledge of honey production, where the predominance of Mediterranean meadows, namely the purity of the spontaneous, French Lavender accentuates the sweet taste of Monte do Troviscal honey.
In addition to the conditions that nature offers, the respect for animal welfare is ensured through the certification of Organic Production.
Marketed in national competitions of excellence products from the rural world and in international events of organic products, Monte do Troviscal honey excels for the authenticity of its organoleptic characteristics.
