Alcobaça is known for the quality of its agricultural products, thanks to the good soil, climate and work developed by the Cistercian monks in the 13^th and 18^th centuries, maintained today by the knowledge and love of the people who live there.

Granja de Cister is a project of the Alcobaça Agricultural Cooperative to promote the region and its agricultural products, highlighting its quality and excellence. Granja de Cister is therefore a great showroom where, in a single space, the best agricultural products can be bought and where the production techniques and the harmony of the farms with nature are enhanced.
