Sabores Santa Clara (Santa Clara flavours) is dedicated to the study, development, production and marketing of products with strong artisanal and traditional component.

These genuinely Portuguese Liqueurs - Ginjinha of Marvão, Roasted Chestnut and Apple Bravo – were inspired by "the apothecary box", a wooden box where sailors kept medicinal remedies and a mandatory presence on ships crossing the Atlantic during Portuguese Discoveries. Designed from flavors rooted in Portuguese culture and to which Sabores Santa Clara joined a unique quality spirit, these liqueurs are simply a delight!

Ginjinha (bing cherry liquor) of Marvão is based on the fruits of a bing cherry orchard in Serra de São Mamede Nature Park that, by its climate and altitude characteristics, is the perfect place for the production of this fruit. On harvest time, usually the last week of June, all elements of Sabores Santa Clara celebrate ginjaDay, collecting all production from the orchard! The recipe, from Marvão region, arrived with friendship after decades of improvement by the hands and wisdom of Mrs. Esperança. About ginjinha (bing cherry liquor) Sabores Santa Clara only cut the sugar. That is why it is so fruity, only slightly sweet and less syrupy than most bing cherries liquors.
