Rosmaninho Verde is own by a couple from Lisbon, with parents from Alentejo, who chose to return to its ancestors land and build a new life project in Mértola, based on local development, the use of endogenous resources and family and biological agriculture.
The project is based on the idea of valuing an emblematic wild resource - aromatic, medicinal and spicy plants -which has a prominent place in Alentejo culture and gastronomy.
Produced on the shale slopes of Vale do Guadiana Nature Park, Rosmaninho Verde infusion preparations are the result of a family dedication working hard and manually this land, using local labor and always in total respect for biodiversity. The whole production is based on local, biological and responsible agriculture, having restored an old Mediterranean garden and created a garden of scents, where they plant flavors and emotions.
