Herdade de Vale Côvo is situated in the protected area of Guadiana Valley Nature Park, along the left margin of the Guadiana River, between Mértola and Serpa. Its location at the heart of Mértola hills, near the famous waterfall Pulo do Lobo, is truly exceptional.
Nowadays, it is converted to a sustainable place, valued by the restoration of the local aromatic plants and the distillation of its essential oils. The country house is a typical monte alentejano, an agritourism lodging those wishing to relax in idyllic pure Nature.
The project is driven by the principles of sustainable development: “Growth, yes… but not at any price” The main goal is not to maximize the profit but to ensure the quality of the final product, contributing to the preservation of the environment, and to satisfy its customers.
